Charlotte J. Holt, Laurel homemaker
Charlotte J. Holt, 70, of Laurel passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018, at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was born in Seaford, the daughter of the late James and Sarah (Neal) Trice.
Charlotte was a homemaker. She was a member of the Blades Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for 23 years.
She enjoyed playing bingo and was a NASCAR fan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Adrian Holt, and a brother, Kenneth Trice.
She is survived by her children, Bambi Smack (Charles) of Seaford, Michael Trice (Christi) of Seaford, and Buffy Ross (Terrance) of West Virginia; brothers, Robert Trice (Diana) of Seaford, Don Trice (Lianne) of Seaford and James Trice (Mary Margaret) of Florida; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m., in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Interment will be at Blades Cemetery, Blades.
